The study was conducted in order to describe the quality of working group activity of mathematic teachers when implanting school-based curriculum at the Elementary Schools in Jembrana district viewed from variables of contexts, input, process, and product. It was a type of an evaluative study by using CIPP assessment model involving a total number of 36 mathematic teachers of both at the state and private Elementary Schools around Jembrana district. Context variable was measured by using context questionnaire; input variable was measured by using input questionnaire; process variable was measured by using process questionnaire while product variable was measured by using product questionnaire.
