This study aimed to compare the rainfall intensity method that is method Talbot, Sherman, and Ishiguro most suitable for use in a water conservation planning in Watershed Rokan. This research was conducted at the rain station Rokan IV Koto, rain station Ujung Batu, and the rain station Tandun. The data in this study conducted with the help of Microsoft Excel software program.The analysis showed that the method is able to explain the relationship of rainfall intensity based on the analysis of correlation and deviation standard is the method of Sherman. Sherman method has the average value of the smallest deviation standard is 237,941 and the average value of the most excellent correlation is 1
