Pengaruh Kompres Hangat Pada Tempat Penyuntikkan Terhadap Respon Nyeri Pada Bayi Saat Imunisasi Di Puskesmas Tanawangko Kabupaten Minahasa

: The immunization can cause pain response is an action that can cause trauma in childhood. The purpose of this study was to analyzed the effect of a warm compress to the pain response in infant at the Minahasa Tanawangko Primary health care. The design of this research is Quasi-experimental with Pre-Post with control group design. The sample of infant aged 0-12 months who take the immunization are consist 20 respondents of warm compress as the intervention group and 20 respondents as the control group. This study analyzes using T-test independent and dependent. Result of this research is pointing to that pain response after given a warm compress is lower than pain response after injection without giving a warm compress (p = 0,000) and warm compresses have an effect in reducing pain response in infant as immunization (p = 0,000). Recommendation in this research is a warm compress can be applied or used before immunization injection to reduce pain response in infants
