: Urban Village Government Officials Performances Affecting Factors of Public Service in the Era of Regional Autonomy (Studies in Kelurahan Gadang, Malang). Regional autonomy in Indonesia has been going on for more than a decade, during that regional governments are given the authority/power to set up and manage things related to their interest areas/areas of society itself. In this reform era, government performance are under the spotlight of society, ranging from the highest level of government down to the lowest levels of government, namely Kelurahan/urban village. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the performance of urban village government officials in the public service in the era of regional autonomy and what factors than can be supporting and inhibiting the urban village government performance. The study was conducted by distributing questionnaires contained a number of questions related to the 8 indicators of the performance of both officials and the public. The questionnaire is processed using descriptive quantitative method by using a single frequency table. The results of this study shows that the performance of urban village government officials supporting factors are organizational structure, then professionalism is the inhibiting factors that detained the urban village government officials performance of public services in the regional autonomy era
