Penerapan Analisis Fundamental Dengan Metode Price Earning Ratio (Per) Untuk Penilaian Kewajaran Harga Saham Dan Keputusan Investasi (Studi Pada Perusahaan Subsektor Food and Beverage Yang Terdaftardi Bei Periode 2011-2013)

The purpose of this research is reasonable to know the price of Food and Beverage company shares subsector lested in the Indonesian Stock Exchange( BEI ) based on fundamental analysis by using PER method, also to know the proper investment decision , (buy, sell or hold).The results of research in 2011 the condition of a share DLTA, ICBP, INDF, MYOR, ROTI in the overvalued condition, then an investment decision proper is sell stocks when they have a share and for the future should hold investors not to buy shares the company, shares of MLBI in aundervalued condition and an investment decision proper is buy shares of the company and holding not to sell. In 2012 the total sample research company in overvalued condition and an investment decision proper is sell stocks for those who have a share and investors not to buy for the future. 2013 only shares of ROTI in aundervaluedcondition and an investment decision that right is to buy company shares is for prospective investors and hold to sell to investors who have shares of the company. The state of stock DLTA, ICBP, INDF, MLBI, MYOR, in a overvalued condition, An investment decision that can be taken in a state of overvalued shares stock was selling for those who have have a share or holding for investors not to buy for the future
