Pengaruh Pemberian Dosis Bertingkat Jus Mengkudu (Morinda Citrifolia L) Terhadap Jumlah Eritrosit Tikus Galur Wistar (Rattus Norvegicus) Yang Diberi Paparan Asap Rokok

Background Indonesia occupied in 4th level of the smoker\u27s number in the world. Noni (Morinda citrifolia L) was a fruit that had many benefits. Noni (Morinda citrifolia L) can be used as traditional medicine. Cigarettes had many contents that influenced towards the number erythrocytes in the body. Noni (Morinda citrifolia L) has many substances, one of which is vitamin C that could cause catalyse\u27s activity so as to be able to increase count of erythrocytes and count of HbAim to prove the influenced giving of noni juice dosage storey on number of wistar\u27s erythrocytes.Methods Experimental study The Post Only Control Group, randomized in to 4 groups. Group 1 is control group, that was only given cigarette smoke in 30 munutes. Group 2 is P1, that was given cigarette smoke in 30 minutes and 1ml of noni juice. Group 3 is P2, that was given cigarette smoke in 30 minutes and 2 ml of noni juice. Group 4 is P3, that was given cigarette smoke in 30 minutes and 4ml of noni juice. Then noni juice examined influence of the number of wistar\u27s erythrocytes on 31st day. Analysis data use One Way Anova. Statistical analysis were conducted by computer program.Results The mean and SD in Group K was 7,518 ± 0,28, Group P1 was 7,452 ± 0,50, Group P2 was 7,892 ± 0,39, Group P3 was 6,996 ± 0,79. There is no meaningful difference of the number of wistar\u27s erythrocyte between control group, group P1, group P2 and group P3 p=0,106 (p>0,05). Conclusion Noni juice dosage storey is not affect the number of wistar\u27s erythrocytes that was exposure cigarette\u27s smoke
