Dampak Privatisasi pada Kinerja Keuangan Badan USAha Milik Negara (Bumn) di Indonesia

The purpose of this study is to examine whether there are differences in the performance of State-Owned Enterprises before and after privatization. The population in this study is all State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The data used are secondary data published in Indonesia Stock Exchange and in the website of each company. Data analysis using t-test. The results showed that there was no difference in the performance of State-Owned Enterprises before and after privatization
