Blora has a large area of ​​forest that is 49.66 % of the total Blora Regency . Perum Perhutani KPH Cepu as one of KPH in Blora implement PHBM system in co-management since 2002. PHBM is inseparable from the production sharing timber that is the result of forest villagers. Management of timber production sharing collaborative co-management means between forest villagers and Perum Perhutani KPH Cepu. Besides sharing the use of funds carried out by mutual agreement to realize the empowerment of forest villagers
