In dieser Arbeit werden die Nachpulse der Analanche-Photodioden untersucht. Die Nachpulse wurden in der Vergangenheit mit Halbleiter des Detektors in Verbindung gebracht, jedoch wir zeigen, dass sie nicht der Fall sein kann. Wir entdecken auch höhere Ordnungen der Nachpulse und zeigen das Nachpulse viel komplizierte sind als bisher angenommen.We perform the first comparative study of afterpulses in various single photon counting avalanche photodiodes.
