This study investigates the use of Schroeder-phase harmonic complexes to develop a cortical auditory evoked potential (CAEP) based objective measure of temporal processing in cochlear implant (CI) users. Recent work from our group has shown that CAEPs can be used to obtain a robust objective measure of spectral resolution in CI users (Lopez Valdes et al., 2014). As speech perception is dependent on both spectral and temporal processing abilities, this research could be complimented by developing an objective measure of temporal processing. Drennan et al.
