Effective professional development programs are essential in order to improve and sustain ongoing teacher learning. The study is part of a larger ongoing protocol, Creating, Collaborating and Computing in Mathematics (CCC-M) whose aim is to design and validate, within a partnership between university-based educational researchers and teachers, a professional learning network (PLN) to develop digital literacy and disciplinary understanding in mathematics classrooms with a focus on the transition between elementary and high school.
