This thesis examines branding and corporate image of an internationally operating hospitality company, Company X. Company X provides services under two brands, that are well-known in the local market. The purpose of this study is to find out if the corporate image and brand identity Company X provides in international market corresponds to the company guidelines. The theoretical framework and the literature review covers key concepts, such as corporate image, branding and marketing communications. The company’s marketing environment is reviewed, including the competitors of the company and the tourism and travel market in the region in general.
