The exosomal content has been described as active when taken up by the recipient cell. Identifying the specific molecular cargo of exosomes will help to determine their function. [Design]: We have evaluated by RT-PCR the levels of ΔNp73 in colon cancer patients derived exosomes and analyzed its prognosis potential.
