Hauptgegenstand dieser Arbeit ist die Weiterentwicklung der interferometrischen Verfahren ESPSI (Shearografie) und ESPI (Holografie) für den Einsatz in der zerstörungsfreien Werkstoffprüfung. Außerdem ist die noch existierende Einsatzgrenze der Speckle-Messverfahren in der experimentellen Modalanalyse erweitert worden. Es sind neben der weiterentwickelten, räumlichen Phasenschiebung, die anhand von lediglich 2 Aufnahmen die relative Phase ermittelt, zwei neuartige Messgeräte zur Untersuchung von Mikrostrukturen (Mikroferoskop) und für Messungen an schwer zugänglichen Stellen (Interferoskop) optimiert und erprobt worden.
