The management of human resources at PT Bank Jateng branch in Klaten, must be in control effectively and efficiently. Employees are significant to a company. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the ability through human resource development that operates operational activities in PT Bank Jateng branch Klaten. Problems that occurs in this research is the presence of employees, which some of them still have low attendance rates. And also the augmentation of the labour turnover.
