Propuesta de un modelo de balance social corporativo aplicado a las cooperativas de transporte caso Panamericana Internacional

This thesis is the development of a Social Balance Model designed by the Superintendency of Popular and Solidarity Economy that allow to analyze the Panamericana Internacional Transportation Cooperative . The thesis consists of four chapters discussed as follows: Chapter 1 raised is aimed at enhancing the importance of the Social history, the benefit thereof within the organization that allows us to know the social information to self-assess their social management as developed different models, and the impact in terms of America America in the implementation of social responsibility and a brief review of the People and Solidarity Economy in Ecuador. Chapter 2 raised is the Diagnosis of the Cooperative in which analyze from its objectives, goals, services to compliance with the regulations is required, through a SWOT analyze the important aspects that will help us to detect the need to propose a model type of Social Balance. Chapter 3 Social Balance model with which we measure proposed by qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators to determine if the cooperative is fulfilling its social responsibility, the impact for both partners and employees resulting in the Balance social Cooperative and report to the community and external and Internal social report for partners and staff.Este trabajo de tesis consiste en el desarrollo de un Modelo Balance Social diseñado por la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y Solidaria que permitirá analizar a la Cooperativa de Transportes Panamericana Internacional. La tesis consta de cuatro capítulos que se analizarán de la siguiente manera: El capítulo 1 planteado está orientado a potenciar la importancia del Balance Social su historia, el beneficio del mismo dentro de la organización que nos permite conocer la información social para autoevaluar su gestión social, como desarrollaron los distintos modelos, y el impacto a nivel de América Latina en la implementación de la responsabilidad social y una breve reseña de la Economía Popular y Solidaria en el Ecuador. El capítulo 2 planteado es el diagnóstico situacional de la cooperativa en el que analizaremos desde sus objetivos, metas, servicios hasta el cumplimiento con la normativa que está obligada, mediante un FODA analizaremos los aspectos importantes que nos ayudarán a detectar la necesidad de proponer un modelo tipo de Balance Social. En el capítulo 3 se propone un modelo de Balance Social con lo cual mediremos a través de indicadores cualitativos e indicadores cuantitativos que determinen si la cooperativa está cumpliendo con su responsabilidad social, el impacto que tiene tanto para los socios y empleados teniendo como resultado el Balance Social Cooperativo como informe para la comunidad y externos y el Informe Social Interno para los socios y personal
