Revista La bicicleta como medio de transporte urbano

The constant urban growth, demographic growth and the expansion of the city of Quito have generated the massification of transport causing saturation of mobility, which has generated the search for alternatives to be transported in an ecological way. One of the formulas that give answer is to adopt models of other cities where the bicycle is a means of legitimate transport. For this reason, the theme: "The bicycle as a means of urban transport", where its diffusion will be made through an informative magazine, with the purpose of encouraging its use within the community. The main objective of this communicative product is the creation of an informative magazine to encourage the use of the use of the bicycle as a means of transportation, as well as to analyze the benefits of using the bicycle as a means of transportation and to know the theoretical basis of the Magazine and how to create it. The research that was developed was ethnographic that through a field study with participatory observation and interviews conducted in the city of Quito, was able to collect information on the benefits of using the bicycle. Because of this study, we have the preparation of the information magazine where four sections will be deployed each with an article to inform and encourage the reader to use the bicycle as a means of transportation in the city of Quito.El constante crecimiento urbano, demográfico y la expansión de la ciudad de Quito han generado la masificación en los medios de transporte haciendo que se sature la movilidad, lo cual ha generado la búsqueda de alternativas para trasportarse de manera ecológica. Una de las fórmulas que dan respuesta es el adoptar modelos de otras ciudades donde la bicicleta es un medio de transporte legítimo. Por esta razón nace el tema: “La bicicleta como medio de transporte urbano”, en donde su difusión se la realizará a través de una revista informativa, con el propósito de incentivar su uso dentro de la comunidad. El objetivo principal de este producto comunicativo es la creación de una revista informativa para incentivar al uso de del uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte, además de analizar los beneficios del uso de la bicicleta como medio de trasporte y conocer la base teórica de la revista y como crearla. La investigación que se desarrolló fue etnográfica que a través de un estudio de campo con observación participativa y entrevistas realizadas en la ciudad de Quito, se logró recolectar información sobre los beneficios del uso de la bicicleta. Como resultado de este estudio tenemos la elaboración de la revista informativa en donde se desplegarán cuatro secciones cada una con un artículo para informar e incentivar al lector a usar la bicicleta como medio de trasporte en la ciudad de Quito
