Diseño e implementación de un prototipo de tecnología visible light comunication (Li-Fi) para transmitir datos de manera unidireccional

Currently the use of light emitting diode has grown rapidly due to the characteristics of low cost, low power consumption and high efficiency. The communication system using visible light exploits these advantages provided for lighting and data transmission. The purpose of this project is to study the communication system by visible light and their designs that contributed to the implementation of the prototype. For prototyping VLC communication, the system consists of two main components a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is a card Ethernet Shield which is mounted to an Arduino Mega 2560 and agreed to an LED lamp, the receiver is an Ethernet card Shield which is mounted to an Arduino Mega 2560 for receiving data will be by the photodiode. Finally, the experimental results were analyzed, they took into account the parameters of transmission speed, bandwidth, delay, by the statistical tables can be defined advantages and limitations of the data transmission by visible light.En la actualidad el uso del diodo emisor de luz ha crecido rápidamente debido a las características de bajo costo, bajo consumo de energía y alta eficiencia. El sistema de comunicación mediante luz visible aprovecha estas ventajas que brinda para iluminación y transmisión de datos. La finalidad de este proyecto es estudiar el sistema de comunicación mediante luz visible y sus diseños que contribuyeron a la implementación del prototipo. El prototipo de comunicación VLC, consiste en dos componentes principales un transmisor y un receptor. El transmisor es una tarjeta Ethernet Shield la cual está montada a una Arduino Mega 2560 y concertados a una lámpara Led, el receptor es una tarjeta Ethernet Shield la cual está montada a una Arduino Mega 2560, la recepción de datos será mediante el fotodiodo y su respectivo circuito. Finalmente, se analizó los resultados obtenidos experimentalmente, se tomaron en cuenta los parámetros de velocidad de transmisión, ancho de banda, retardo, mediante las tablas estadísticas se puede definir ventajas y limitaciones de la transmisión de datos mediante luz visible
