Sistematización de la Experiencia de la Tiflobiblioteca como Servicio de Apoyo a Estudiantes con Discapacidad en la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Campus El Girón

The following draft titration was performed in Tiflobiblioteca Polytechnic Salesian University-Campus Girón, which promotes inclusive education in higher education institutions. The main objective of the project is the development of library resources in accessible formats for students with disabilities, especially for students with visual disabilities; guaranteeing the right to education and promoting the rights and equal opportunities. The project focused primarily on the digitization and adaptation of library resources in accessible formats, for which it took into account parameters such as accessibility adaptation of margins, line spacing, additional text in graphs and tables among others. With the aforementioned parameters it was possible to make resources available with 95% accessibility benefit visually impaired students in their studies, because reading is more understandable and fluid; improve in their studies. The Tiflobiblioteca software features that allow students to use technology in an independent manner, the main tool screen readers are making better use of computers, social networking, Internet browsing, etc. In other technological resources to help with the Tiflobiblioteca also it offers training for the proper use and management of these resources, reaching not only own students of the Salesian Polytechnic University but also students from other institutions and the general community.El siguiente proyecto de titulación se realizó en la Tiflobiblioteca de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana-Campus Girón, el cual promueve la inclusión educativa en instituciones de educación superior. El objetivo principal del proyecto es la elaboración de recursos bibliográficos en formatos accesibles para estudiantes con discapacidad, en especial para estudiantes con discapacidad visual; garantizando el derecho a la educación y promoviendo los derechos y oportunidades en igualdad de condiciones. El proyecto se enfocó principalmente en la digitalización y adaptación de recursos bibliográficos en formatos accesibles, para lo cual se tomó en cuenta parámetros de accesibilidad como son la adaptación de márgenes, interlineado, texto adicional en gráficos y tablas entre otras. Con los parámetros ya mencionados se logró realizar recursos accesibles con 95% de accesibilidad beneficiando a los estudiantes con discapacidad visual en sus estudios, ya que la lectura es más comprensible y fluida; mejorando en sus estudios. La Tiflobiblioteca cuenta con software que permiten a los estudiantes utilizar la tecnología de una manera independiente, la principal herramienta son los lectores de pantallas logrando un mejor manejo de las computadoras, redes sociales, navegación en internet, etc. A demás de ayudar con recursos tecnológicos la Tiflobiblioteca también ofrece capacitaciones para el buen uso y manejo de estos recursos, llegando no solo a estudiantes propios de la Universidad Politécnica Salesiana sino también a estudiantes de otras instituciones y comunidad en general
