Background: Within existing research it is stated that there are many benefits for companies to achieve loyal customers. However, there is disagreement on what customer loyalty is, and how managers can create long-term relationships between the customer and the company. Based on existing research, the authors of this paper has regarded brand loyalty, store loyalty and service loyalty as antecedents of customer loyalty, however, the relationship between these antecedents and customer loyalty has never previously been tested in one single study.
