Microwave meta-sheets can be useful for applications of meta-radomes in SAR imaging and ground-penetrating radar. An equivalent circuit model is developed to calculate transmission through or reflection from meta-sheets consisting of metal circular rings. The developed semi-analytical approach permits quick calculation of the transmission and reflection coefficients, without resorting to full-wave simulations
