In this study, our research goal is to identify the organizational and operational approaches that a tour operator could adopt with the purpose of offering clients a comprehensive tourist product, increasing its competitive advantage. The research was conducted using the qualitative case study method. We selected AlpitourWorld, a leader in generalist holidays in the Italian market.
