This report, released by the “School of the Future” project, is the final demonstration building report documenting the design, the realisation and the monitoring results of the four school renovation projects in Stuttgart (DE), Cesena (IT), Ballerup (DK) and Drammen (NO). The report goes into detail about the status of the buildings before the retrofit, the design and planning of the various renovation measures, the construction phase including building diaries and the realised monitoring regarding the energy consumption and the indoor comfort. A user survey for the pupils before and after the implementation of the renovation measures presents the user feedback
