The objective of this study was to determine the effect of the Human Development Institute\u27s (HDI) new group relationship improvement program on the interpersonal functioning of those individuals who undergo the program. The California Personality Inventory (CPI), the Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B), and a semantic differential were used to measure changes.
