In Clean Sky 2 project DEMETER the potential of Structure Health Monitoring (SHM) is investigated in the context of Condition Based Maintenance. Data generated through SHM systems can be managed by Direct or Indirect measurement techniques. Indirect measurements comprise of selecting physical parameter or signals which have a negative\ud effect on structural load and stresses like g-force or differential pressure. For the usage in SHM solutions physical data need to be collected, stored, transmitted and transferred to structural load models.
