Fitting and Showing training teaches 4-H members to properly care for and exhibit their animals. This is a completely different competition from Obedience. Don't confuse the two and don't confuse your dog. Included in this publication are: learning about the breed, choosing a show lead, general appearance, preparing your dog for the ring, exhibitor, gaiting, lineup, stacking, showing, handling, baiting, individual exam, general knowledge and ring procedure.
