Design av innertak- och innerväggsfixtur för husbyggnationer

The following report is the result of a project carried out by the undersigned student at Mälardalen University in Eskilstuna, Sweden. This report comprises a product development project of a ceiling- and interior wall fixture for the company Husmuttern AB. Today, Husmuttern AB is working on developing concept in open innovation where ideas are gathered from crowd innovation in consultation with subcontractors and students from Mälardalen University. The vision is that anyone, regardless of their education or experience level, should be able to assemble a modular housing using the tools provided by Husmuttern AB. The fixture should be flexible and be useful for both ceiling, interior wall and interior wall with door and be designed for an ergonomic working method for daily use. The main issue of the project is how the fixture is designed to meet all requirements and functions and how it can be made ergonomically and user-friendly. The method of the project's work process is based on product development theories as well as the product development tools that are considered relevant. The concept proposals have been visualized in form of sketches and CAD models. The work's result consists of a concept proposal on a ceiling and interior wall fixture that meets Husmuttern AB's requirements. The fixture has a uniform design with Husmuttern AB's other fixtures and answers all the questions.Följande rapport är resultatet av ett examensarbete som utförts på C-nivå av undertecknad student vid Mälardalens Högskola. Arbetet omfattar ett produktutvecklingsprojekt av en innertak- och innerväggsfixtur för företaget Husmuttern AB. Idag jobbar Husmuttern AB med framtagandet av konceptet i ”open innovation” där idéer samlas från crowd innovation i samråd med underleverantörer och studenter från Mälardalens Högskola (MDH). Visionen är att vem som helst oavsett utbildnings- eller erfarenhetsnivå ska kunna montera ihop ett modulhus med hjälp av de hjälpmedel som Husmuttern AB står för. Fixturen ska vara flexibel och fungera för både innertak, innervägg och innervägg med dörr samt vara utformad på ett ergonomiskt arbetssätt för dagligt arbete. Projektets huvudsakliga frågeställning är hur fixturen ska utformas för att uppfylla alla krav och funktioner samt hur den kan göras ergonomisk och användarvänlig. Metoden för detta projekts arbetsprocess baseras på teorier inom produktutveckling samt de produktutvecklingsverktyg som anses vara relevanta. Konceptförslagen har visualiserats i form av skisser och CAD-modeller. Arbetets resultat består av ett konceptförslag på en innertak- och innerväggsfixtur som uppfyller Husmuttern AB:s ställda krav. Fixturen har en enhetlig design med Husmuttern AB:s övriga fixturer och besvarar alla frågeställningar
