International audienceSimulations of physical phenomena in urban areas need to know specific characteristics to inform 3D models. The expected information may concern, for example, the type of materials, facade color, window/wall ratio, position and length of balconies, occultation types, and soil types. Missing data can be retrieved directly on site and added as metadata on geolocalized pictures in order to enhance the urban numerical model. This paper presents features and implementation of an Android application allowing the acquisition on site of various materials of buildings and the storing the geographical localization into a distant geo-database
