A case of plasmacytoma affecting the terminal small bowel is described. This is a rare condition, and its importance lies in its relationship to other myelomatous pathological conditions. In the case reported it would appear that the tumour arose primarily in the small bowel and that the bone marrow remained normal. Copyrigh
