Immature teeth endodontic treatment could be complicated because of immature, very wide and open apices of the roots. In regenerative endodontics there are usually used these materials, obtained from the patient’s venous blood: platelet-rich fibrin, growth factors-rich plasma, platelet-rich plasma. In regenerative endodontics platelet-rich fibrin is being used for a while, but recently a lot of attention is focused on platelet-rich plasma.
