The organization and quality assessment of community nursing home services

The purpose of this study: To investigate organization and quality assessment patients with a special need for permanent care home services. The objectives: 1. To identify the services provided by community nurses volume of patients cared at home based on a survey of patients and investigator assessment. 2. To investigate nurses scope of services provided, based outpatient health card data. 3. To compare patients with documented survey data services on the services provided at home. Methods used in this study. The study interviewed 81 patients, with a special permanent care (assistance) needs. Quantitative study - a survey of patients at home and outpatient individual health card analysis. The study used questionnaire was drawn up on the basis of N. Roper isolated 12 vital activities, and the Minister of Health Order 2015. December 18th., no. V-1473. Each patient in the study were interviewed at home, given individual time of between 1 hour. 30 min. to 2 hours. The study took place at home in two stages: 1.Pacientas commented on social demographics characteristics and social needs. 2. T The researcher assesses the patient's vital activities.
