The continuous measurement of therapeutic progress is becoming more and more a core element of psychological treatments. In this article a multidimensional, change sensitive, and public domain available instrument in German is introduced. It represents the phase model of therapeutic change as well as the interpersonal and incongruence models of psychological distress. Forty items measure the dimensions well-being, symptoms, interpersonal relationship, and congruence. Three samples (outpatient, N = 184; normal population, N = 274; students, N = 96) were used to validate the scales. The four dimensions as well as a resulting total score turned out to be reliable. The measure can be used for both change and outcome assessment
