The concept of creativity will be discussed, outgoing foremost from the process oriented theoretical framework named the perceptgenetic (PG) model, first developed in the 50ies, and from that time empirically validated and applied in Lund University and elsewhere. Within the PG model numerous research questions have been operationalized and tested over the years, often with an underlying psychodynamic orientation. Within this broader PGcontext a specific creativity test was developed and validated, aimed at catching and measuring some important aspects of creative functioning.
