Using data from a large prospective randomized controlled trial that evaluated the effect of recombinant LH (rLH) co-administration for ovarian stimulation, the present study assessed whether progesterone concentration on the day of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) administration was associated with pregnancy outcome.
