Práce se zabývá klopením asymetrických průřezů, zejména možnostmi posouzení dle ČSN EN 1993-1-1. Modely jsou založeny na prutové, plošné a prostorové metodě konečných prvků. U prutových modelů jsou studovány přístupy statických softwarů Scia Engineer a RFEM. Plošný a prostorový model popisuje nosník plošnými a prostorovými konečnými prvky a geometrie má počáteční imperfekci. Výpočet je geometricky nelineární. Je studována shoda mezi prutovým a nelineárním pojetím. Na základě výsledů je navržena optimální výchylka, aby ke shodě došlo.
