In this communication, we present a new way of risk management by using a new object oriented Bayesian network (OOBN) for modelling a large scale, dynamic system. In the first stage, the OOBN is extended by a series of new definitions, which has more flexibility for varying the parameters and for introducing the dynamic part. In a second stage, an updated way of the information propagation is presented that is suitable for the new OOB
