Rose are hardy, colorful, repeat flowering and vigorous and became Malaysia’s and world most popular garden plants. There are now more than a thousand varieties of roses in the world. Recent years, there are a lot of approaches had been done to propagate rose through in vitro technique. Advances in in vitro culture methods, has expand to lighting requirements which focusing on Light Emitting Diodes (LED) and photoperiod manipulated.
