The Department of Commerce consists of five regulatory divisions under the Department of Commerce umbrella. The divisions are: Alcoholic Beverages Division, Banking Division, Credit Union Division, Insurance Division, and the Utilities Division. The Professional Licensing Bureau is administrated under the Division of Banking.
