International audienceTwo models of intra-cortical bone remodeling are presented in this work by accounting for the different time scales. The first model involves change of bone relative density following bone stress modification during short time. The second bone model is based on a combination of Finite Element Analysis and Genetic Algorithms. This model allows to simulate the bone structure evolution through several thousands of generations and by the way shows that mechanical factors control at least in part the phylogenetic signals.Nous présentons dans ce travail deux modèles de tissu osseux cortical en considérant différentes échelles de temps.
