Summary: Understanding the end-user. How do we improve performance and participation with design? An end-user can be defined as the person who is intended to use a final product. Hackathon team events using design thinking are becoming more commonplace between interdisciplinary medical professionals, designers, and engineers to address pressing healthcare problems, but oftentimes these collaborations don\u27t include an end-user within the team.
