This paper describes both the development of an on-line learning resource to provide those interested in systems thinking with a set of interactive tutorials for developing diagramming knowledge and skills and a framework for evaluating such initiatives. The package, developed using an industry-standard animation package, is based upon the diagramming techniques taught on Open University Systems courses and is publicly available on the web (see http://systems.open.ac.uk and follow the Resources and Diagramming Teaching links)
