ABSTRACTIn the Knowledge Economy, the capacity to systematically innovate must be in the center of business strategies. Nowadays, this capacity is strongly correlated to the quality of the links a firm establishes with external sources of knowledge. Those links may be even more relevant in the case of latecomers firms.
