AbstractBackgroundRadical cystectomy is the standard treatment for patients with muscle-invasive urinary bladder cancer; however, is associated with major treatment – related morbidity. Furthermore, a significant proportion of patients are deemed unsuitable for surgery due to inoperability, advanced age, and/or comorbid conditions.
