AbstractWith increasing SO3 emissions deriving from burning coal, especially after the large-scale application of SCR denitrification technology, the harm of the pollution of SO3 to the coal-fired utility, atmospheric environments and human health is gradually revealing. According to the technology characteristics of flue spraying calcium, the research of the removal of coal smoke SO3 with CaO has been completed on the SO3 removal test system. Furthermore, the influence law of SO3 removal efficiency with CaO at medium temperature was explored, which provided important theoretical support for scientific and technical basis in industrial application
