ObjectivesThe aim of this study was to evaluate vascular complications in a consecutive patient population undergoing transfemoral percutaneous aortic valve replacement (PAVR) applying current Valve Academic Research Consortium definitions.BackgroundVascular complications have been the major cause of mortality and morbidity associated with PAVR.
