AbstractThe present paper refines the participatory management (PM) concept in educational organization by adopting a multidimensional approach. The author examined simultaneously fifteen components of Participatory management namely: 1-Trust 2-Decision making 3-Team work 4-Share power 5-Motivation 6-Communication 7-Involvement 8-Collaboration 9-Democracy 10-transparency 11-Innovation 12-Respect 13-Problem solving 14-Identify common goal15-qualitarian.The data were obtained from a sample of 903 Iranian female teachers.
