Perturbation of Estrogen Receptor α Localization with Synthetic Nona-Arginine LXXLL-Peptide Coactivator Binding Inhibitors

The physical inhibition of the ERα-coactivator interaction by the probes is shown to be correlated with the inhibition of ERα-mediated gene transcription.
