AbstractThe authors report the case of a 13 year-old boy with disseminated tuberculosis evidenced by bilateral otomastoiditis associated to abdominal pain, ascites and apical alveolar pneumonia, prior history of contact with tuberculosis (TB) patients and radiology findings at mastoiditis, abdominal tract and thorax.Diagnosis was confirmed through positive culture for Mycobaterium tuberculosis from mastoiditis surgical drainage. After 6 months of anti-tuberculosis treatment there was remission of symptoms and regression of radiology findings.Rev Port Pneumol 2008; XIV (4): 561-56
