AbstractObjectiveTo evaluate clinically patients with chronic osteomyelitis after open fractures, treated in the Hospital of urgencies in GoianiaMethodsA cross-sectional study, with data collection through questionnaire, from a review of medical records. We collected data on the type of trauma and the clinical characteristics of the patient. The hour of attendance and the injuries on the patients were collected, and then classified according to Gustilo and Anderson (1976).
