AbstractBackgroundThe Japanese Society for Surgery of -the Hand version of the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Instrument (CTSI-JSSH), which consists of two parts — one for symptom severity (CTSI-SS) and the other for functional status (CTSI-FS) — is a self-administered questionnaire specifically designed for carpal tunnel syndrome.
